Salah prayer

Muslim build mosque to fullfill the religious and social contributions to achieve inner peace and spiritual fullfillment. The essence of Salah are preparation(Taharah), preparation(Niyyah), Standing(Qiyam), recitation (Tilawah), boowing (Ruku), Prostration (Sujood), conclusion (Taslim).

Every rakah has basic steps within it like recitation from the quran, make sujud, and bow down. There are five daily prayers, that are fajr, zuhar, asr, maghrib and isha. Salah is the secondary prayer of Islam which is obligatory on every muslim.

Salah has many benefits, like knee joint pain relief, concentration, cure of heart illness as ruku pump pumps the blood towards the center. Established mosques, social gatherings, Islamic educational centers and support services is essential in Islamic society.
