Physical or health benefits of Namaz
Namaz is the second pillar of Islam. Namaz enables us to keep healthy. Namaz has many physical benefits. The Rukuh position will lower back, hip pain, knee pain, and toe ankles. Salah improves body postures.
Namaz reduces mental stress. It is a perfect exercise. Like yoga, salah plays vital role which removes obsticles into their mental health. You may do exercise in Ruku, Sajdah and Salam. Washing helps to clean dirt and reduces fungal growth.
Cleaning the nose during ablution may ellimanite nasal congestion and even treat problems. Washing hands five times a day will help to clean your hands that reduces chances of fungal growth which helps spiritually, physically and mentally.
