Treatment to servants & slaves

Islamic history tells to encourage to free slaves and servants. Islam encourages to treat slaves as nice as you can. Islam encourages forgiveness instead of taking revenge. Punishment may be given according to Shariah law. 

Every thing belongs to almighty Allah. We should fear from Allah. Servant should obey his master but don't violate Islamic rules. You may follow the following rules. First is sincerity, gratitude, patience and and justice.

You may give dedication to the work and humility. You may remain truthfulness, generosity and forgiveness. It will be better to give respect to others as Islam encourages it. You will be humble in behaviour. Slaves are actually prisoners of war. A free man cannot be enslaved.
